At Khas Jora, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we offer an easy exchange process, subject to the terms below.

📦 Return & Exchange Policy

  • No Returns only exchanges are accepted within 4 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

  • Sale, discounted, or clearance items are not eligible for return or refund (only size exchanges may be considered, subject to stock availability).

  • For hygiene reasons, certain categories such as innerwear and nightwear are non-returnable.

💳 Refunds

  • Refunds will only be processed if:

    1. You receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item.

    2. Your return request is approved after inspection of the returned item.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable (except in cases of wrong or defective delivery).

🔄 Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or design, please mention it when submitting your return request.

  • Exchanges are subject to availability of stock. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered.

  2. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for exchange.

  3. Our team will guide you through the exchange shipping process.

    • For domestic orders: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item was defective or incorrect).

    • For international orders: Customers are responsible for all return shipping and customs fees.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval of your refund/exchange.

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Any returned product that is damaged, used, or missing tags will not be eligible for refund or exchange.

  • We reserve the right to reject any return request that does not meet our policy conditions.
